This project came about through a local landscaping contractor who was handling the hard landscaping – paving, groundworks, and structural elements – for a property developer. Our work began with preparing and laying quality topsoil across the site, creating the right foundation for healthy, long-term planting. From there, we installed fencing to define the boundaries and give the development a finished, secure edge, before moving on to planting  selecting and positioning greenery to soften the space and give it a more natural, welcoming feel once mature. Working as part of a wider team on a developer-led project meant coordinating closely with the other contractor and staying flexible to fit around the broader build schedule. It’s a great example of how Merseyscapes works well alongside other trades, delivering our specialist services as part of a larger project rather than just as a standalone job.
